Calibration : - This Process reduces the thickness of stones; which apart from getting the size close to specification, also helps in maintaining the architect design & increasing the speed of work.

Packing Details :

Packing plays a vital role in transportation & shipping of stones to the destination. We take elaborate precautions against transportation breakage & pay detailed attention to our packing requirements suitable to the quality.

Wooden Crates :-- We use fine quality of wood for making crates.

• Wood :- For product size 40*40(CM)=no. of wooden pcs. used for making one crate = 44 PCS (approx.).
   

• Impact Protection :- We use different impact resistant materials to protect the product. Like--Thermocol & Foam.
   

• Iron Strips :- To increase the strength we use iron strips. Total no. of strips used in a crate-14-16 PCS., Weighing Approx. 750 GMS.
   

• Plastic :- We provide plastic sheet packing for the material inside as well as over the crate outside, Covering it providing protection against Water & Moisture.
   

• Box Strapping :- We use plastic straps to strengthen the packing.
   

• Labelling & Marking :- We put following detail on the crate.
